CPU-Verifiable Useful Work with PQ-Rooted Omnichain Settlement

A demand-backed AI job is admitted before mining and executed under a versioned deterministic kernel profile. Its canonical integer transcript lets ordinary CPUs verify challenged matrix products in quadratic work via Freivalds rather than rerunning the cubic GPU workload. A-Chain is the sole PoAI authority; Z-Chain settles finalized receipts through P3Q; Zoo applications consume those receipts for open AI and reproducible decentralized science.
